Data deletion instructions
If you've interacted with Valho Agents through Facebook, Instagram, our website, or text messaging, you can request that we delete your personal data at any time. This page explains how.
How to request deletion
Send an email to hello@valhoagents.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include the phone number, email address, or Facebook/Instagram account you used to contact us, so we can locate your records.
What gets deleted
We delete the personal information associated with your request — including your name, contact information, and any message history we stored — from our systems and the systems of the businesses we provide automation services to, where applicable.
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Facebook & Instagram disconnection
If you'd like to revoke Valho Agents' access to your Facebook or Instagram account without requesting full data deletion, you can do so anytime in your Facebook or Instagram account settings under "Apps and Websites" / "Apps and Websites Permissions." Removing access there stops any further messages from being sent or received through that connection.
